My overall strength for this project is being able to photograph these lighting patterns successfully. An improvement that can be made is maybe the editing part so my photos can look more smoother. What I learned about lighting patterns are they are crucial for setting the good and directing the viewer's attention, and overall enhancing the visual appeal. Photographing an egg prepared me for photographing a classmate because I already had the idea of how it was supposed to be photographed and look. The two labs were similar because it was all the same idea. The lighting and the shade. They were both different because when photographing a classmate they had features that will stand out in the way it should be in the different lighting patterns instead of an egg, the egg has no face features that can be photographed with specific lighting patterns. Lighting is super important for a photographer to understand because it sets the mood of the portraits and emphasizes certain elements. How I will incorporate lighting in my photography in the future is by using some of these patterns in my photos.
